About Craigie & Co

Craigie and Co_ext1
Craigie & Co was established in 1986 by Nick Craigie and remains Earlsfield’s oldest, independent Estate Agents. When Nick opened Craigie & Co there were very few other agents in the area, Earlsfield being an almost ‘no man’s land’, looked down upon by neighbouring agents from Wandsworth Common, Southfields or Wimbledon. Nicks foresight stood him in good stead and he quickly built a reputation of being the local ‘property expert’. Now much of the business at Craigie & Co is repeat business and by subsequent recommendation; re-selling many of the properties over again and some as often as 5 or 6 times! Which we like to think is a true reflection of customer satisfaction.

We also like to think we are the complete antithesis of what people tend to loath in the stereo typical estate agent! We’re not corporate, pushy, or overly motivated by our personal sales targets. We like to believe we are warm and approachable folk with buckets of integrity and professionalism, and we do honestly and genuinely care. We will happily go that extra mile in order to offer a bespoke service that suits the individual needs of our clients.

Craigie & Co are true property professionals, boasting over half a century of staff experience, promoting fair practice, personal service and old fashioned values along with modern technology to enhance, not overtake, the sales process. We know that selling, buying, moving or renting a home can often evoke all sorts of emotion and prove to be one of the most stressful times of one’s life. So we aim is to make that process as pleasant and as possible.

We have been successfully selling and renting property in the area for over 28 years and are always delighted to assist and advise you on any property matters.
